Supported an injured member of the party whilst at Germany. He carried crutches and equipment, gave up his personal time to enjoy the trip to ensure others had a good time.
During the Drayton Manor Trip, he sacrificed his own enjoyment to sit with another pupil who couldn’t participate in the attractions.
During a trip to Sacred Heart Lucas stood out. Lucas ensured that all the visitors had drinks. Even though there were ladies on tea duty, Lucas served them all. He looked after the guests including the staff from St. Wilfrids. Having served tea, he cleared up.... nothing was too much trouble for him .... and all this was done with gracious dignity, joy and a beaming smile.
Helping diffuse a disagreement between other pupils, realising he could help stop something from escalating and supporting his friend.
