This morning a group of year 10 students succeeded in preparing, filleting, cooking and plating up an outstanding meal of “sea bream in a velouté sauce with parsnip crisps and watercress” to an amazing standard.

This is a huge achievement from start to finish involving a new set of skills and procedures not seen in this school before!

A massive credit to everyone involved. Both staff and students enjoyed a lovely morning. well done team DT.
