Creative Careers Event a huge success

It was a fantastic day as we hosted the very first creative careers event with Partners in Creative Learning (PiCL).

The students really enjoyed trying out the different types of creative careers.

From circus skills with Andrew van Buren from The Philip Astley Projects, to drumming with Danny Shaw Drums, amazing paper art with Jennifer Collier and ceramic art with Sally Fitchard and even aerial work with Kinetic Heights, poetry with Gabriella Gaye and multi-disciplinary art with Natasha McHugh and illustration with James Fox – there was something for everyone and our hall was buzzing!

We were the testers of this event as a pilot and PiCL were thrilled with our students and facilities, they are looking to roll this out to other local schools in the future.
