As part of our charitable works this term, the 1719 Society organised a shoe box appeal for Samaritan’s Purse’s ‘Operation Christmas Child.’
Staff and pupils have generously filled 64 shoe boxes full of toys, stationary and gifts for children in Ukraine, Moldova, Albania, Malawi, Ghana, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, West Africa, and the Middle East.
We had so many donations that we had to request more boxes than our original 50! Thank you so much for all the donations.
