Our Easter newsletter is here! So much has happened this term - take a look for all the details.

On Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st March, Year 11 Geography students completed their physical fieldwork for their GCSE. This involved river fieldwork along the River Dane in the Peak District, analysing how the features of the river change as you move downstream.

On Wednesday 22nd March, 15 members of Voicebox, our Academy Choir took part in a ‘Secondary Music Share Concert’ at the Victoria Hall with three other schools from around the City.

On the 20th March, 21 pupils from both Year 8 and 9 departed from St Margaret Ward to spend a few days away on retreat at Savio House. The theme of the retreat was “Bridges” and so pupils spent time reflecting on repairing relationships, forgiveness, celebrating talents, team work and rejoicing as children of God.

On Wednesday 22nd March, St Margaret Ward Recorder Consort had the pleasure of taking part in the annual Recorder Festival at the Victoria Hall.
