Congratulations to all our students on their A Level results today.

We're thrilled you're interested in St. Margaret Ward Catholic Academy. Our Open Evening on Thursday 19th September from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, is the perfect opportunity to discover why our school could be the perfect fit for your child's high school journey.

As we break for our summer holidays, we take a look back on everything our students have achieved over the last few months.

Accepting the invitation from Principal Dominic McKenna to visit the school, Archbishop Bernard Longley celebrated a special Mass to mark the end of the school’s year of mission.

Taster sessions for the sixth form are running tomorrow (9th July) and Monday 15th July.

This fantastic initiative launches at Stoke North Family Hub on 11th July and enables access to cheap food for families. There is no qualifying criteria.

We're so proud that Matilda has been accepted to be part of a team on the Lasallian Projects in July and August 2025.

VNation returned home after an exhausting yet excitable day of STEM Champs. They have loved networking, engineering, competing, and sharing knowledge and merchandise with fellow teams.

St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy student, Lino Goodwin brought home gold after competing in the Mason Trophy Athletics competition at Northwood Stadium on Saturday 16 June.

A big thank you from Alice, Matilda, Phoebe, Sasha and Matthew for all the donations to our Lourdes pilgrimage. They had an amazing time developing their relationship with God and themselves.

As a result of our dedication to academic excellence, St Margaret Ward Catholic Academy has been awarded a School Guide Certificate of Excellence for 2023-24.

Ahead of the National Championships on 21st June, our robotics team VNATION participated in a scrimmage at St John Fisher! They joined the team at St John Fisher, along with teams from Derby Grammar School and CREATED Academy.
